How a problem is found, fixed and checked
This is exactly what happens when something goes wrong with a website in our care — no more, and no less.
Monitoring notices
Our checks visit your website from the outside on a schedule. When it stops answering, returns errors or its certificate is wrong, an incident is opened.
The helper finds the cause
If your server is connected, a small helper installed on it reads the evidence on the machine — service status, logs and configuration — to find the root cause, not just the symptom.
A prepared repair, with a checkpoint
When the cause matches a repair prepared in advance, and you have allowed it, the repair is checked for safety first and a checkpoint is taken of everything it will change.
The result is verified
After the repair runs, monitoring checks the website again from the outside. A repair only counts as done when that check passes.
Rolled back if it did not work
If the check fails, the change is rolled back to the checkpoint and the problem is handed to our team with the evidence. Either way, every step is in your reports.
What it will never do
- Run arbitrary commands on your server — only repairs prepared in advance
- Restart things blindly — every repair starts from a diagnosed cause
- Change your data or security settings without your approval
- Show your site as healthy when it could not be checked — unknown stays unknown
- Use one customer's access or evidence on another customer's website

Can you look after a website you did not build?
Yes. We can import an existing website, host it, monitor it and fix it, just as we do for sites we build.
Who owns the website and its code?
You do. Your source code is kept safe and handed over on request, your domain stays in your name, and your data is yours.
Do you change my website without asking?
Only for known, low-risk, reversible fixes that you have allowed. Anything that could affect your data or security waits for your approval.
What happens if an automatic repair does not work?
It is rolled back to the checkpoint taken before it ran, and the problem is handed to our team with the evidence. You see both in your reports.
Do you need access to my server?
Not for monitoring. Repairs on the machine need a small helper you install on your server, and it can only run the repairs prepared for it.
How will I know what you did?
Every website has its own reports: incidents, fixes, deployments, backups, monitoring history and security — in your dashboard.
How do I follow my website design request?
Every request gets a reference number. In your dashboard, Design requests shows each one, its stage from received to live, and the conversation with our team.
Do you build Persian and English websites?
